Recently, the Shandong Provincial People’s Government issued a document to announce the list of young and middle-aged experts who have made outstanding contributions in 2019. Four experts, Kong Fangong, Wang Xuping, Si Hongyu, and Gao Zan, from Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) were awarded the honorary title of “Middle and Young Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Shandong Province”.
