Wu Yantao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the school, Duan Peiyong, director of the school , led the members of the Party Committee leading the school  to the welcome scene, in-depth understanding of the freshmen registration situation and condolences to frontline , requiring relevant departments and units to adhere to the concept of students arrive at school as home, and do a good job of welcome work in a strong and orderly way, so that freshmen are happy and comfortable, so that parents can rest assured.

 Each department  has prepared New Year gifts for freshmen, such as welcome packages, New Year cheer packages, hand-drawn calendars, customized T-shirts, and set up cool stations to take the most beautiful inch photos for freshmen, so that students can truly experience the warmth and care of coming to the school . The volunteers shuttled around the campus to help guide the freshmen to complete the check-in and other procedures. Their rigorous work attitude and warm and thoughtful volunteer service won unanimous praise from the freshmen and parents.
