On September 8th, in order to comprehensively understand the preparations for various teaching activities and the teaching operation status for the new semester, and to ensure the smooth and orderly teaching order, the Qilu University of Technology(SDAS)leaders went deep into the teaching frontlines of the Changqing Campus and the Heze Campus, entered the classrooms to listen to the "first class" of the new semester, and together with the teachers and students, embarked on a new journey of the new semester. The Party and government leaders of each teaching unit, as well as the teaching and student staff, also went deep into the classrooms to check the relevant situations of the first class of this semester.
Before the class began, the Qilu University of Technology(SDAS)leaders arrived at the teaching building early. They conducted a detailed inspection of the implementation of various teaching support conditions, the punctual arrival of the teaching staff, and the class attendance of the students. At the same time, they also had warm and in-depth interactive exchanges with the teachers and students present.
Dean Duan Peiyong successively listened to the teaching contents of the courses "Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" and "Basic Principles of Marxism". During the lectures, Duan Peiyong carefully recorded every aspect of the classroom teaching, thoroughly understood the overall design concept of the courses, the actual needs in the teaching process, and the learning experiences of the students, and highly praised the rigorous teaching attitude and excellent teaching effect of the lecturers. During the breaks, he had in-depth exchanges with the lecturers and the students, provided specific guidance on the students' and teachers' performances in the classroom, and put forward suggestions and opinions on the PPT production. He emphasized that the classroom is an important position for teaching quality, and teachers should pay more attention to integrating the latest research trends in their own disciplines in the course teaching, and flexibly use modern information technology means to improve the quality of classroom teaching. At the same time, they should further strengthen communication and interaction with students, closely monitor students' learning needs, firmly grasp the lifeline of talent cultivation quality, comprehensively deepen educational and teaching reforms, strengthen connotation construction, continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation, and provide solid guarantees for students' growth and success.
