The university had four items selected for the China-Belarus Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Achievements Exhibition. Among them, the "China (Shandong) -Belarus Young Scientists Conference" and the "China-Belarus Intelligent Perception Conference" hosted by the university were chosen as the first stop during the leadership tour. Vice Premier Liu Guozhong, First Deputy Prime Minister Snopkov, and other leaders visited the exhibition and listened to relevant introductions.

The other three selected achievements are the "China-Belarus Joint Laboratory for Intelligent Perception in Extreme Environments", the "Shandong Optoelectronic Industrial Park of the Belarusian National Academy of Sciences", and the "Joint R&D Project on Key Technologies of High-Performance Aerogel Materials".

This event not only served as a comprehensive review of the achievements in China-Belarus scientific and technological innovation cooperation, but also showcased the outcomes of over two decades of pragmatic collaboration between the university and the Belarusian National Academy of Sciences. During the museum tour and closing ceremony, attending leaders repeatedly emphasized and fully acknowledged the university's positive contributions and pivotal role in bilateral scientific cooperation. Throughout the event, delegations from both institutions engaged in in-depth discussions regarding future collaborative initiatives.

The university has been deeply involved in the "2024-2025 China-Belarus Science and Technology Innovation Year" series of activities. Building on its long-term stable cooperation with the Belarusian Academy of Sciences, it closely aligns with Shandong Province's "Ten Major Industries" development strategy. Significant achievements have been made in Sino-Belarusian scientific and cultural exchanges, project collaborations, platform development, and technology commercialization. Both sides have jointly established innovation platforms such as the China-Belarus Joint Laboratory for Intelligent Perception in Extreme Environments and the Shandong Optoelectronic Industrial Park under the Belarusian Academy of Sciences. Breakthroughs and commercialization of key technologies have been achieved in advanced laser technology, extreme environment monitoring equipment, and high-performance aerogel materials, providing strong support for serving the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and contributing to the SCO's construction. In the future, the university will continue to leverage its strengths in international scientific cooperation, contributing to advancing Sino-Belarusian technological innovation collaboration and building a community with a shared future for mankind.
