Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) has been actively educating overseas students since it had the qualification of admitting international students in 1997. In recent years, it has received international students from more than a dozen countries including the United States, Finland, the Netherlands, Russia, India, Hungary, and South Korea to come to school (Shandong Academy of Sciences) to exchange, have advanced studies andfurthereducation.

College of International Exchange is in charge of the Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) International StudentsAdmissions. The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen who holds a valid foreign passport. To apply for a bachelor degree, you must have a high school diploma or above; you must have a bachelor's degree or above to apply for a master's degree. To encourage international students to come to school (Shandong Academy of Sciences) to study, we offers various forms of scholarships for students who meet the conditions.

All international students must download the relevant application form from the website of the International Office of Qilu University of Technology. All electronic versions and scanned copies of the application materials should be sent to the international office’s mailbox at guojichu@hotmail.com. At the same time, paper materials will be sent to the International Office of Qilu University of Technology(Address: Room 430, Office Building, Qilu University of Technology, No. 3501, University Road, Changqing District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, China) before the application deadline.For specific requirements and application procedures, please refer to the website of International Office.
